Sheila
My name is Sheila Billow Grisard and I was at the Orphanage from 1961-1969. I was given the number #3.
My wonderful husband of 8 years, Richard, and I are actively involved in the lives of my grown daughter and son and am loving my new role as Nana to 4 grandchildren under 5 years old. I recently retired after 30 years of working on a busy HCA-medical surgical trauma unit and continue to work perdiem one day per week as a registered nurse. My passion these last 20 years has been my volunteer work with Project Hope traveling throughout the world to aid victims of disasters and serve those in need of food, water, medicine and medical care & most recently caring for the Navajo reservation in New Mexico during the Covid epidemic. Richard's career as an orthotist at Shriners hospital adds much to our volunteering together now that we are both retired. For entertainment I bike, hike, telemark ski, travel and have been a member of a gym for 46 years.
