I am Brenda DePalma Hannon, I was in St. Joseph's Orphanage from 1959-1968 and was assigned #22.  It was a pit of despair there that the Catholic Church and Nuns made your existence as traumatic as they could.  What occurred there does affect my life with "triggers" I did not understand, but I am overcoming them.  In the end, I chose to be happy in my life and make it what I wanted it be.  They did not win.
